چکیده
The aim of the work is synthesis and characterization bidentate ligand
 [3-(3-acetylphenylamino)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-3-enone][HL], from the
reaction dimedone with 3-amino acetophenone to produce [HL], was carried out in dry benzene as a solvent under reflux.
prepared ligand [HL] characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis
 spectroscopy, 'H, 8C-NMR spectra, Mass (C.H.N) melting
 point. mixed complexes were was
used primary while 8-hydroxy quinoline [HQ] a
secondary metal ion M(IT).Where M(IT) = (Mn ,Co ,Ni ,Cu ,Zn
,Cd Pd) at reflux ,using ethanol solvent, KOH base.
Complexes composition [M(L)(Q)] (1:1:1) molar ratio were
 . All spectroscopic methods
 (FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy) along elemental analysis (A.A),
chloride content melting point measurements out, together
 conductivity magnetic susceptibility. These showed
tetrahedral geometry around (Mn", Col, Ni, Cu", Zn! Cd") ions and
square planner (Pd") ion. biological activity ligands
[HL],[HQ] ] (MLQ): studied using inhibition method.
